These terms apply to services provided by Dumfries Bin Blasters. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

Bookings may be made through our website, booking form, telephone, email, social media or another agreed method.

A booking is not guaranteed until it has been accepted and a cleaning date or service arrangement has been confirmed.

Customer responsibilities

Please ensure that:

• The correct bins are left accessible after collection
• The bins are empty and available for cleaning
• Access to the property or bin location is safe
• Any relevant access instructions are provided in advance
• The information supplied when booking is accurate

Unable to access or clean a bin

If a bin is not accessible, has not been emptied or cannot be cleaned safely, the service may be rearranged or cancelled.

Dumfries Bin Blasters is not responsible for missed cleans caused by restricted access, unemptied bins, incorrect booking details or bins being removed before arrival.

Cleaning results

We aim to clean and sanitise bins to a high standard. However, some permanent staining, discolouration, damage, paint, rust, residue or ingrained marks may not be removable.

Payments

Payment is due on the date of the clean unless another arrangement has been agreed.

Payment may be made by bank transfer, cash or another accepted payment method.

If payment remains outstanding, future services may be paused or cancelled until the balance is paid.

Recurring services

Recurring services continue at the agreed frequency until cancelled. There are no long-term contracts unless specifically agreed in writing.

Customers may cancel recurring services by contacting Dumfries Bin Blasters. Any completed or already due service remains payable.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Cleaning dates may occasionally change because of council collection delays, vehicle problems, equipment failure, severe weather, illness, access issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where possible, customers will be informed and the service will be rearranged.

Weather and safety

Services may be delayed or cancelled where weather, road conditions or working conditions make it unsafe or impractical to complete the clean.

Damage and liability

Reasonable care is taken while handling and cleaning bins.

Dumfries Bin Blasters is not responsible for pre-existing damage, weakened plastic, broken lids, wheels, handles or fittings, or damage caused by normal wear and tear.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Commercial services

Commercial and large-bin cleaning may be subject to a separate quote, agreed frequency, access requirements and payment arrangements.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us as soon as possible so the matter can be reviewed.
